Terms and conditions

1. The best film selected by the jury at the 4th FEFKA International Short Film Festival organized by the FEFKA Directors Union will be awarded a prize of Rs. 1.5 lakh, the second film Rs. 1 lakh, and the third film Rs. 50,000, a plaque and a certificate of appreciation.

2. The best director will receive Rs. 10,000, and the best screenplay, cinematographer, editor, background music director, art director, costume designer, makeup artist, sound designer, VFX artist, actress, actor and child artist will receive Rs. 5,000, a plaque and a certificate of appreciation.

3. The awards will be given in 5 categories: General Category, Campus Film, Pravasi Film, AI Film and FEFKA Directors Union Members Category.

4. Special Jury Mention Awards will be given for the best performances.

5. The decisions of the jury will be final.

6. All films participating in the competition will receive a FEFKA participation certificate by mail.

7. Leading directors, technicians and stars of South Indian cinema will judge the films as preliminary and final juries.

8. The link to the uploaded film on Vimeo, Google Drive and YouTube should be sent.

9. The duration should be less than 30 minutes. There are no restrictions on content topics.

10. All Indian and foreign language/silent films can be sent.

11. Subtitles are mandatory for films in languages ​​other than Malayalam.

12. The entry fee is Rs. 2500 per film. The admission fee is Rs. 1000 for films directed by members of FEFKA Directors Union.

13. One can send as many films as he wants.

2. മികച്ച സംവിധായകന് പതിനായിരം രൂപയും മികച്ച തിരക്കഥ , ഛായാഗ്രാഹകൻ, എഡിറ്റർ , പശ്ചാത്തല സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ , കലാ സംവിധായകൻ , കോസ്റ്റ്യും ഡിസൈനർ , മെയ്ക്കപ്പ് ആർട്ടിസ്റ്റ് , സൗണ്ട് ഡിസൈനർ , വി എഫ് എക്സ് ആർട്ടിസ്റ്റ് , നടി, നടൻ , ബാലതാരം എന്നിവർക്ക് 5000 രൂപയും ഫലകവും , പ്രശസ്തി പത്രവുമാണ് അവാർഡ് .

3. ജനറൽ കേറ്റഗറി , ക്യാമ്പസ് ഫിലിം , പ്രവാസി ഫിലിം , AI ഫിലിം , ഫെഫ്ക ഡയറക്‌ടേഴ്‌സ് യൂണിയൻ അംഗങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള വിഭാഗം എന്നിങ്ങനെ 5 കേറ്റഗറികളിൽ അവാർഡ് നൽകും .

4. മികച്ച പ്രകടനങ്ങൾക്ക് സ്‌പെഷൽ ജൂറി മെൻഷൻ അവാർഡുകൾ നൽകും.

5. ജൂറിയുടെ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും .

6. മത്സരത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ ചിത്രങ്ങൾക്കും ഫെഫ്കയുടെ പാർട്ടിസിപ്പേഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് മെയിലിൽ അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കും .

7. തെന്നിന്ത്യൻ സിനിമയിലെ മുൻനിര സംവിധായകരും സാങ്കേതിക വിദഗ്ധരും , താരങ്ങളും പ്രാഥമിക , അന്തിമ ജൂറികളായി ചിത്രങ്ങൾ കണ്ട് വിലയിരുത്തും .

8. ചിത്രങ്ങൾ വിമിയോ , ഗൂഗിൾ ഡ്രൈവ് , യു ട്യൂബ് എന്നിവയിൽ അപ്പ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്തതിന്റെ link ആണ് അയക്കേണ്ടത് .

9. ദൈർഘ്യം 30 മിനുട്ടിൽ കുറവായിരിക്കണം . ഉള്ളടക്ക വിഷയങ്ങൾക്ക് നിബന്ധനകളില്ല .

10. എല്ലാ ഇന്ത്യൻ , വിദേശ ഭാഷാ / നിശബ്ദ ചിത്രങ്ങളും അയക്കാവുന്നതാണ് .
